AUTOMATIC ROUTE DETECTION

Comparing your runs can be tricky. Helium does the heavy lifting and intelligently groups your outdoor runs by route.

Now you can instantly see when and where you're making progress. Compare several days of runs for the same route on a single screen.

CARDIO EFFICIENCY

Step counts are so 2016. Get a better picture of your real fitness progress with Helium's cardio analytics.

We'll continually analyze all of your runs in the past year to give you a true picture of how your cardio performance is changing.

WRIST-FIRST DESIGN

Leave the armband at home. Helium is the perfect companion for your Apple Watch + Airpods.

All of Helium's workout tracking and zone feedback functionality is available directly on Apple Watch.

INTEGRATES WITH APPLE HEALTH

Workouts performed with Helium Run are saved to the Apple Health app, which count towards filling your activity rings. Helium also integrates with the Health app to read your workout data and show you how your fitness is improving over time.

Helium Run requires an in-app purchase subscription for full functionality.

Price may vary by location. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel the subscription once activated. Manage your subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
